Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You can use Tuggy anonymously without creating an account
• Account registration is optional and only required for leaderboards and cross-device sync
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Permitted Uses

• Create fun, engaging, and appropriate matchups
• Vote fairly and authentically in battles
• Share Tuggy matchups on social media and with friends
• Use the platform for entertainment and social interaction

Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Harassment, bullying, or targeting of individuals
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Sexually explicit, graphic, or inappropriate content
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of others' intellectual property
• Spam, fake votes, or attempts to manipulate voting systems
• Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
• Impersonation of others or false representation
• Malicious code, viruses, or attempts to compromise the platform
• Commercial solicitation or unauthorized advertising
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Fair Voting

• Each user (anonymous or registered) gets one vote per matchup
• Vote manipulation, bots, or artificial inflation is prohibited
• We use device fingerprinting to prevent duplicate voting
• Temporary power-ups may increase voting power but are part of normal gameplay

Vote Integrity

We reserve the right to investigate suspicious voting patterns and remove votes that appear to be artificial or manipulated. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or IP-based restrictions.

User-Generated Content

When you create matchups, upload images, or contribute content to Tuggy:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on Tuggy
• You represent that you have the right to use any images or content you upload
• You agree that your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We may also disable matchups that receive significant user reports or violate community standards.

Tuggy's Rights

The Tuggy platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Tuggy infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed notice including the location of the allegedly infringing content and your contact information.

Service Availability

Tuggy is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuggy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Third-Party Content

Tuggy may contain links to third-party websites or display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties.
